We have invited patients and caregivers across our community to share their feedback about staying connected with their healthcare providers. The Patient Advisory Council serves as a “consumer advisory group,” providing a way for patients and families to provide input and share their experiences.
Our goals include:
- Expanding the voices of patients and families
- Identifying opportunities for improving the patient and family experience
- Improve quality and safety of care
- Enhance patient and provider satisfaction
What does a PFAC member do?
Patient and Family Advisory Council members are invited to participate in focus groups to share their feedback and join in-depth discussions about their healthcare experience.
