Bill Ermann, President & CEO

Bill returned to Southwest Medical Center in June of 2009. In addition to Southwest Medical Center, he has worked as a controller at two not-for-profit 300+ bed community hospitals in Mississippi and West Virginia. He has more than 13 years of healthcare experience in auditing, finance, and accounting of not-for-profit and for-profit hospitals. He received his Bachelors of Science in Public Accounting from Mesa State College in Colorado. He is a non-practicing CPA, a member of HFMA, and active in the local community. He and his wife Dayna have three daughters and a son.



Robin Allaman, RN, Vice-President of Patient Care Services

Robin began her career at Southwest Medical Center in 1989 as a registered nurse in the OB unit. She was promoted to Clinical Care Coordinator over the OB unit in 1996, and became the OB/GYN Nurse Manager in 2002. Robin served in that management role for 16 years before being selected as VP of Patient Care Services in February 2018. Robin has served as an instructor in a variety of health topics, member of many local community boards, member of professional nursing societies, and has served on a number of health improvement committees within the hospital and community. Robin expects to complete her Bachelor of Nursing Science in Summer 2018. Robin and her husband, Mike, have a son and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her pets, gardening, and crafting in her spare time.



Amber Williams, CFO & Vice-President of Finance

Amber began her career at Southwest Medical Center in 1997 as a cash posting clerk in Patient Financial Services. She then transferred to an accounting assistant position in 2008, where she was eventually promoted into controller and Director of Accounting roles. Amber was named CFO of Southwest Medical Center in October 2014. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Colorado Technical University in 2015.




Glen Porter, Vice-President of Hospital Operations & Business Development

Glen began his career at Southwest Medical Center in January 2015 as Director of Materials Management. He was promoted to Vice President of Hospital Operations and Business Development in October 2016. He has more than 30 years of healthcare administration, healthcare operations and medical logistics experience in military and not-for-profit hospitals. He received his Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University and his Masters in Human Resource Development from Webster University.  Glen is also a Credentialed Medical Administrator and Fellow of American Academy of Medical Administrators.  He is married to Bonnie Porter who also works at Southwest Medical Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.  Glen and Bonnie have 3 grown children and 5 granddaughters.



Mark Cowan, RRT, RPSGT, RST, CPM, Vice-President of Hospitalist / Clinical Operations & Business Development

Mark came to Southwest Medical Center in October 1991 as a respiratory therapy student and has filled many roles during his career at SWMC. Prior to serving as Vice-President of Hospitalist / Clinical Operations & Business Development, Mark served as Interim VP of Operations while also directing the Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Lab, and Cardiac Rehabilitation services. He has assisted in implementing and directing several successful clinical support services during his time at SWMC. He graduated from Seward County Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Respiratory Care, and from the Kansas University Certified Public Manager program. Cowan is currently earning his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in healthcare administration from Tabor College. Mark and his wife, Melissa, have a son and a grandson.
