SWMC Honors Employees for Milestone Work Anniversaries

Southwest Medical Center honored eight employees celebrating milestone work anniversaries this year, achieving 20, 25, 30, and even 35 years of service.

With more than 550 employees, the community-owned health system is one of Seward County’s largest employers. It has been repeatedly recognized for creating a work environment and culture that fosters a team of committed, highly engaged staff.

It’s not often you see that kind of longevity and loyalty in today’s workplace, but it has been the norm at SWMC. Our people are our most important resource, and we can’t thank them enough for their years of hard work,” said SWMC CEO Amber Williams. “Their diligence, dedication, and invaluable experience have helped SWMC become the top-notch system it is today.”
