Duties include scheduling new work comp injury appointments with adjuster, nurse case managers, or employers; evaluating accident reports to ensure timely processing of medical bills, FMLA paperwork, and temporary total disability benefits; compiling notes and information regarding accident reports and filed cases; and documenting conversations, witness statements, medical reports, accident investigation results, and payment of medical bills.
