Quality Improvement/Risk Management

High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Kansas RN license required. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required.  At least 5 years of clinical experience in health care setting and 3 years experience in QI/PR. Strong oral and written communication skills required.  Ability to organize and manage. Must possess abilities in developing new and innovative ideas. Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of position.
