The information provided represents the standard charge by chargemaster item and is intended to meet the requirements of the new CMS regulation. This information reflects the standard charges billed for these services and not amounts due from patients or insurance carriers. If a patient has health insurance, the patient’s health insurance policy (including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance and out-of-pocket maximums) will apply and the amount the patient owes for health care services will depend on the patient’s insurance coverage.
